I had lost half my teeth, one being a front tooth and embaressed to go out in public.Dr Joe explained the only way to fix my teeth were to pull the ones I had left (all 15 )and put mini implants in.Dr Joe explained everything to me, he was so patient I had alot of questions, it also doesnt hurt that Dr Joe could be on the cover of GQ magazine,if u need to have 15 teeth pulled,why not have a good looking Dr to look at lol.He put all the mini implants in. It hurt alittle that evening but the next day I was fine.At this time I have all my teeth back and I tell Dr Joe how he had changed my life ! If ur reading this thinking of having this done, go for it, its a game changer ! 8

If you need dental care this is the place to go. The docs and staff are the best! I recently moved from their area but my family still goes there because they are the best! I have had both Dr Tim and Dr Joe and love them both. Dr Tim’s assistant Jill is one in a million! She is kind and thoughtful and great at her job!

I started my journey at Fairfield family dentistry last June. Talk to Joe was my second opinion and the best decision I ever made when it pertains to my teeth. To say my teeth were ugly is an understatement. I meant with Micah the treatment coordinator and discussed the goal I was wanting to achieve. After he explained everything to me I then went with Dr Joe. Without being pushy or judgmental he recommended treatment I needed. Everything about my treatment was explained to me thoroughly even the not so pleasant. Fast forward to May 2026 I now have a beautiful smile no pain. Best decision I ever made talk to Joe and his team in my opinion all the best. If you're reading this just make an appointment there's no obligation. So thanks Dr Joe

From the first time I spoke with Micah over the phone he took his time answering all my questions, never rushing me. Today was my first appointment and again, Micah was attentive and very kind. Then I met with Dr. Joe Richter. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was caring, listening to me, answered my questions and I knew I was in the right place! I cannot wait to have my dental work done with this amazing team!

First visit as new patient after leaving my prior dentist several years ago. Neither Dr. nor staff shamed me about my failure to keep up with my dental health but instead focused on positives and what we could do to fix immediate problems and future cosmetic enhancements. Hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. Dr. was patient and thorough without putting pressure on me to make decisions in the moment. The office staff was managing multiple tasks/patient questions but was still able to call me after my appointment to follow up and schedule my next appointment. Excellent customer service and professionalism! It can be difficult for me to start over at a new doctor/dentist/specialist so it was wonderful to feel comfortable from the first moment I walked through the door until I was done and back in my car. I know I made the best choice by becoming a patient at Fairfield Family Dentistry
